Hi all,
I am trying to run some subqueries in bigowlim-3.5.3395 but all of them are
failing with similar error.
Even the most simplistic ones, for instance
PREFIX : <http://people.example/>
SELECT ?y ?minName
WHERE {
:iker :knows ?y .
{
SELECT ?y (MIN(?name) AS ?minName)
WHERE {
?y :name ?name .
} GROUP BY ?y
}
}
Fails with the following error, Encountered "SELECT" at line 6, column 5.
Was expecting one of: "(" ... "{" ... "}" ... "[" ... <NIL> ... <ANON
Is there any known issues for subqueries in this specific version of owlim?
Thanks

Hi Iker,
Subqueries are a SPARQL 1.1 feature, and this has only been supported in
OWLIM since release 4.0. In order to be able to use subqueries, I
recommend that you update to the latest OWLIM-SE release (note that
BigOWLIM has been renamed to OWLIM-SE).
See http://owlim.ontotext.com/display/OWLIMv50/OWLIM-SE+Release+notes
for what's changed over the different versions and notes on how to
upgrade your installation.
